“ Edit: I am bumping my review to an enthusiastic 5 stars. Sales manager Shaun and inventory manager Chris went above and beyond to help out with my car issue. They have earned a repeat customer for sure. Highly recommended! The overall experience was pleasant. Ken is a nice guy and a good salesman. Finance manager is a nice guy as well. Have to deduct stars because the CPO car that we were sold has numerous small dings on the roof, likely from hail that weren't disclosed. These became very apparent after washing the car for the first time which removed the dirt/dust that obscured them. Not sure how that one got past the "cpo checklist" they have to perform. Overall happy with the experience but concerned that this damage wasn't caught and addressed prior to sale. ”
